Bios:

Chef Erik Angelo

Erik began in 1995 as Kitchen Manager at Lone Star Steakhouse in Phoenix, Arizona and then progressed to Orange Tree Golf Resort, becoming a sous chef under Executive Chef Jason Kritcher. In 2000, he traveled to Nantucket Island to work at The Wauwinet Inn under Executive Chef Christopher Farmer. His ability to work with locally sourced ingredients, pairing wines from a Wine Spectator Top 100 wine list and having hands-on experience, took Chef Erik to the next level at Stein Erickson Lodge in Utah. In 2003, Erik moved back to Arizona and took over as the Executive Chef at Rosario Ristorante, a locally owned and acclaimed scratch-made Italian kitchen and restaurant. Through the years Erik has opened three different concepts for business restaurateurs including Saddle Mountain Brewing Company and has been Executive Chef for British Airways and Hawaiian Airlines, Chef at Verrado Golf Club and Grand Canyon University and currently chef at the Arizona Broadway Theatre. Erik has won numerous awards and is noted for his wine pairings.
